CANCELLATIONS

A 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. Please call the office or cancel via email to info@thepointcm.com.

NOTE

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment with no contact, will be considered a “no-show".

There will be a $25 fee if you cancel or no show less than 24hrs before your appointment.

NEW PATIENTS

New patients must call to schedule a new appointment. 

A credit card must be used to hold your appointment. It will not be charged unless there is a no call/no show. If you fail to call or not show, your card will be charged a $25 fee.

Based on coverage and benefits.  Must call to Verify benefits before first appointment. 

Note:  procedures not covered by insurance must be paid by patient.
